Counseling Sessions and Packages

Refunds: We offer a refund for individual counseling sessions or counseling packages that have not been utilized. If you decide to discontinue counseling services before using all your sessions, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your counseling session. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being counted as utilized.

Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a counseling session, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include rescheduling the session or assigning a different counselor, depending on the circumstances.

Online Workshops and Courses

Refunds: We offer refunds for online workshops and courses within a specified timeframe. If you are dissatisfied with a workshop or course, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.

Course Access: Upon purchase of an online course, you will be granted access to the course materials for a specified duration, as outlined in the course details. It is your responsibility to complete the course within the provided timeframe. Course access cannot be extended beyond the designated period.

General Guidelines

Communication: If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding refunds or returns, please contact our support team at the earliest opportunity. We are here to assist you and find a solution that meets your needs.

Exceptions: Please note that certain services, such as workshops or courses that have already been completed, may not be eligible for refunds or returns. Additionally, any services or materials that have been shared or accessed by you cannot be returned.

Processing Time: Once a refund request has been approved, please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be issued. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
